To the United States Senate:
We are developers, small businesses, and holders of digital assets — in the United States and in the many countries whose markets take their cue from American rules. We are asking for one thing that costs the Senate nothing but floor time: a vote on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.
The House passed this bill 294–134 in July 2025, with 78 Democrats joining the majority. The Senate Banking Committee advanced it 15–9 in May 2026. It has sat on the legislative calendar since June 1 without a cloture motion filed or floor time allocated. A bill with that record of bipartisan support should not die of scheduling.
We are not asking the Senate to favor any one asset, company, or industry. We are asking it to vote.
